WELCOME

WE’RE GLAD YOU ARE HERE

We are thankful for your consideration in partnering with us, and are excited to share PCS with you! We look forward to talking with you and meeting you as you explore a school that focuses on students’ walk with Christ and academic journey. Our hope is that you and your student will discover a loving environment where they will be encouraged in their relationship with Christ, challenged in their academic endeavors and recognized for their potential in who the Lord has created them to be. We are praying with and for your family as you seek the Lord’s direction and wisdom in your next steps. We would love the opportunity to meet you! STEPS FOR

ADMISSIONS

Our vision is to produce culture changers for Christ. We aspire to graduate students who love God, love people, and live their lives in ways that measurably, and sometimes radically, impact their communities and the world for the cause of Christ.

STEP 1

Developmental Screening (Kindergarten)

After the application and application fee have been submitted, the Admissions Office will contact you and schedule a developmental screening. The screening is a one-on-one event involving the student and a teacher to aid in helping the child have a successful beginning in school. The screening can be completed in about 40 minutes. The Director of Admissions will call within 3 – 5 days the with the screening results and answer any questions.

STEP 1

Admission Testing (Grades 1 through 12)

After the application and application fee have been submitted, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a test. Typically we schedule small groups of the same grade level. This will take about 2 ½ hours. We look forward to this time to introduce you to the school. Admissions Director will follow up in 5-7 days. A student’s scores on the admissions test are not the sole factor considered for acceptance. The scores do help us to determine a successful placement for the child.

STEP 2

Interview

When test results and application information has been completed, the Admissions Office will call and arrange for an interview with the student(s) and their parent(s).

This is a time that our administration can get to know your student and family. Interviews typically last around 30 minutes.

STEP 3

Admissions Evaluation

After the Admissions Committee has evaluated the applicant’s file, parents will be notified promptly of the Admission Committee’s decision.

Please feel comfortable in contacting us if you have questions along the way.

STEP 4

Confirmation of Acceptance

After confirmation of acceptance is received you should receive an email from FACTS Management instructing you on how to set up your financial account. Seats are reserved, in order, upon successful completion of the admissions process. There is an enrollment packet that must be submitted at the time of acceptance to hold your child’s spot for the school year.
