Candidate’s Foundational Qualifications:
- Have received Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior.
- Believe that the Bible is God’s Word for faith and daily living.
- Be in whole-hearted agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of education.
- Be a Christian role model in attitude, speech and actions towards others.
- Be a member in good standing at a local, evangelical church.
- Have the maturity, leadership, and sportsmanship qualities to deliver positive character to competitors, officials, fans, athletes and families.
- Demonstrate the ability to accept and carry out responsibilities and make competent decisions.
- Have intrapersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Possess the capability of player development, sports-specific skills education, and planning structured practices.
