• Be a member in good standing at a local, evangelical church.
• Have the maturity, leadership, and sportsmanship qualities to deliver positive character to competitors, officials, fans, athletes and families.
• Demonstrate the ability to accept and carry out responsibilities and make competent decisions.
• Have intrapersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Possess the capability of player development, sports-specific skills education, and planning structured practices.
• Minimum of 21 years old
